I may have an issue with scale.
Anything healthy, that I can eat in bulk - I'm a fan of.
Sometimes, I've been known to eat my salads out of casserole dishes.
Today, it just happened to be a brownie pan.
I'm not ashamed, though. This salad registered in just around 400 calories with some tomatoes, cucumbers, grilled chicken, chia seeds, and sesame dressing.
And it's still better than actually eating brownies for lunch, right?


  1. Ok tell me about Chai Seeds, why do I want to eat them? They keep coming up in my life and I know nothing.

  2. MASSIVE amount of protein and fiber. Totally natural. Low in calorie. High in iron too. 2 tbsp has 70 calories, 6 grams of fiber, 3 grams of protein, and they don't need to be ground to be absorbed like flaxseeds. And, they're pretty tasteless.
